Microsoft announces large free console giveaway
Who watched Summer Game Fest yesterday? Overall, I thought it was a successful event – your opinion may vary depending on which games were featured; nonetheless, there should have been something of interest for everyone at Summer Game Fest 2018.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 was definitely my most exciting announcement – we don’t have long! Ubisoft even surprised us all by unveiling not one but three brand new Prince of Persia games; none being Sands of Time remakes; as well as new trailers for Twisted Metal series as well as Warzone hosting The Boys crossover events; not to mention Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and Mortal Kombat 1 showing their first gameplay trailers before Geoff Keighley announced an amazing console giveaway by Xbox.
Keighley announced midway through her show that Xbox had joined forces with Porsche to mark its 75th anniversary and unveil an unconventional partnership: to honor this momentous occasion, Xbox has created six limited series X console designs inspired by six iconic Porsche racing cars; Keighley displayed one such console featuring its design based around a Porsche 963 racing car design.
No console can be bought but we have another way for you to get hold of one: they’re being given away! For your chance at one, just visit the giveaway website – simply enter your first and last names, email address and country when prompted and click submit to enter! 75 consoles in total will be up for grabs so don’t wait: get entering now!
