Apex Legends Ballistic Guide – How to Unlock His Abilities

Apex Legends’ Season 17 is coming soon and we had an opportunity to experience all its new content first-hand. From changes to World Edge maps and cosmetics to balance modifications and the arrival of Ballistic as the latest legend. A veteran from Apex Games (Thunderdome), Ballistic joined this season only so his son wouldn’t participate and is an assault legend who loves firearms; Ballistic can use as many firearms possible without losing health points while using them effectively as possible – here’s how you unlock him:

Unlocking Ballistic requires either 12,000 Legend Tokens or 750 Apex Coins; Legend Tokens can be earned through leveling up your core account (not Battle Pass), while Apex Coins must either be bought with real-world money or by completing steps within Battle Pass. Note: As Ballistic cannot be bought directly without spending at least $10 more to meet his requirements, spending at least that sum may be necessary in order to purchase him.

There’s only one way to access him without spending real cash: grinding levels. How long this takes depends on your level; those starting out will find accruing Legend Tokens much simpler compared to those above Level 100; it may take slightly longer if you reach Level 500 though but remember, you still earn them when levelling up! Most likely you should already possess enough Legend Tokens to purchase Ballistic directly.

Unsurprisingly, Ballistic lives up to his name by emphasizing his use of an additional firearm. His passive, Weapon Sling, allows him to carry this extra gun around for easy access – just make sure not to attach any attachments or use as supply drop weapons! Players may swap out and freely utilize this third gun whenever needed without restrictions from supply drops! In terms of swapping and free usage however – just ensure to stockpile enough ammo when picking this third firearm up!

Ballistic’s tactical is known as Whistler; when activated it fires from a custom pistol. If it hits an enemy it causes their weapon(s) to overheat and begin overfiring; eventually this debuff impacts every weapon they own – not just when Ballistic hits them – not punishing abilities like Rampart minigun or Vantage sniper rifle; additionally it creates an AoE (area of effect zone) around itself that triggers when any foe walks into it.

Ballistic’s ultimate is called The Tempest and when activated his third weapon will temporarily gain all gold attachments while also creating an AoE that grants you and teammates in it unlimited ammo with increased reload speeds; meaning if you use weapons like Wingman or Havoc in their third slots temporarily gain gold versions with attached Hop-Ups!
