Skyrim Grandma does not seem interested in playing Starfield.
Skyrim Grandma has recently made it clear that she does not intend on purchasing Bethesda’s forthcoming space epic Starfield; rather she plans on playing The Elder Scrolls VI instead.
Starfield looks set to impress and could easily become one of the main GOTY contenders this year. Boasting over 1,000 planets and boasting New Atlantis as their biggest city yet created by Bethesda. Furthermore, Bethesda confirmed that Starfield would feature fewer bugs than previous games from them with NPCs calling you by your real name being called out and its map possibly being the biggest map we’ve seen ever seen! Unfortunately Todd Howard may be leaving after making Starfield and The Elder Scrolls VI; hopefully Starfield won’t let us down, although Skyrim Grandma already seems keen to move past Starfield already.
Shirley Curry is widely revered as Skyrim Grandma due to her overwhelming devotion to Bethesda’s 2011 title, The Elder Scrolls V (or simply Skyrim for short). Last year she celebrated reaching 1,000,000 subscribers on YouTube – she’s vocal in her hopes that Bethesda releases The Elder Scrolls VI before her demise – while recently in one of her YouTube vlogs she stated she “too angry” to play Starfield!
As reported by PC Gamer, Curry disproved speculation she’d appear as an NPC in Starfield and explained why her dislike is growing for its existence: “One of my problems, kids, is I was so angry with Bethesda for not creating Elder Scrolls 6 for us to play that I started getting bored playing stories that I created over years in Skyrim that were beginning to bore me,” she explained.
“When my new one finally released, it left me feeling rather empty-headed, so I put away and quit playing it and now feel even worse! Both time and playing was boring; now even less so!” said Curry. She admitted not enjoying Bethesda titles such as Fallout – she found them “depressing”, while Starfield wasn’t really her style and wouldn’t make an appearance anytime soon – hence no Let’s Play videos until further notice.
