Steam users now have one last opportunity to take advantage of a critically acclaimed free game available for them on Steam.
Steam users only have until May 13 to download and preserve one of 2020’s “masterpieces”, currently free to do so.
Everybody appreciates getting something free every now and then, which explains why Steam has earned itself such a stellar reputation by giving away free games every month – many of them incredible titles that would cost hundreds to purchase themselves!
This month has seen no exception, with gamers being given the chance to download Tell Me Why; an immersive narrative-adventure game designed with great care that promises an emotional journey.
Tell Me Why was created by DONTNOD Entertainment, the studio behind critically-acclaimed Life Is Strange series. Tell Me Why follows Tyler and Alyson – twin twins each possessing supernatural abilities – as they uncover mysteries from their upbringing. Players control both characters individually; you make choices that influence future chapters to further the plot with what many have described as a narrative brilliance experience.
If you don’t believe me, just read some of the game’s glowing Steam reviews that don’t merely quote Backstreet Boys songs…
“This game provides an engaging narrative, with some choices actually having an effect on its outcome. Although its central mystery might seem predictable at first, but that does not detract from my overall enjoyment,” wrote one user. Another expressed their satisfaction by writing: “This was such an enjoyable story – truly enjoyable!” One more commented “Halfway through chapter two – characters are really well developed with original emotions being felt rawly”.
Tell Me Why stands as one of the finest narrative-adventure games out there and is sure to provide hours of captivating adventure play – not to mention that its free price makes this an incomparable deal!
Tell Me Why can be downloaded free on Steam until 1 July at 6pm (UK time), so act fast if you wish to add this one to your collection!
