PlayStation and Xbox users can take advantage of a free download right now; though it might not be the most exciting freebie ever given away.

No matter which subscription service you subscribe to – PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass – there are tons of fantastic, free games currently available through both services, like Inscryption or Rogue Legacy 2. Personally I recommend trying them both out! Personally I’d suggest Inscryption first as well as Rogue Legacy 2, both great options worth looking out for!

Of course it should be pointed out that free games available through these services do require you to pay an actual subscription fee; but this new free download requires none – meaning it could well not appeal to everyone!

At the end of April, developer Marvelous Inc. unveiled their latest farming sim: Story Of Seasons: A Wonderful Life. Anyone familiar with its predecessor will know what to expect; plenty of farming, exploring and cultivating relationships among villagers make for a cozy experience!

Here’s the official Steam description: “Tend to your new farm in Forgotten Valley’s tranquil townscape and bring life back into it by cultivating crops and breeding animals – then meet friendly residents as you form lasting family relationships!

Although A Wonderful Life itself was launched to strong reviews, today we’re talking about something else for free – but not necessarily A Wonderful Life itself! Instead, those of you with either PlayStation or Xbox copies of A Wonderful Life can claim a cosmetic download at their leisure as it remains free – although certainly nothing thrilling here – free is free after all!

Reddit users noted this free download should have been given as part of a pre-order bonus; instead it appears anyone can claim it by following a specific link. I should add you don’t even require having purchased the full game itself to claim these cosmetics; although doing so could constitute unusual behavior on your part.

Are you on the search for free games? Steam’s offering plenty of them right now – take a peek and see if anything stands out to you, please!
