Batman: Gargoyle Of Gotham Officially Announced in Gorgeous New Trailer
San Diego Comic Con is only just getting started, but it has already been a great year for announcements.
Insomniac Games held a Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Panel yesterday, ahead of its release date on October 20. The Spidey-themed PlayStation 5 and its accessories were revealed by the teams. They are inspired by Venom’s threat and the Symbiote. This bundle may be the most attractive deal for those who are looking to jump over to PlayStation 5 and play the game. There are still panels for The Walking Dead, Star Wars Outlaws and Star Wars Outlaws on their way. We should have plenty of juicy news by the end of the week. This year, the Hall H and Marvel panels are not taking place. At the DC comics panel, however, a brand new Batman Gargoyle Of Gotham was revealed.
Since December last year, the Batman Gargoyle Of Gotham four-issue series was teased. Now, has reported, ComicBook is revealing it in full. The series will consist of four bi-monthly issues. It is written by Rafael Grampa. The series will be published under Black Label’s adult-oriented label, which means you can expect an appropriately mature Batman tale.
In North America, Brazil Spain Italy and Germany, the first issue of Batman Day will be released on September 16, 2016. Jim Lee, Frank Miller, and David Finch are among the artists who have created variant covers. There is also a variant cover that appears one in 50 times by Priscilla Ptraites, and a variant cover which occurs one time out of 100 by Paul Pope. Fans will want to get their hands on those variant covers. Check out the trailer.
The series shows Batman deciding to give up Bruce Wayne forever and become Gotham’s Dark Knight, as chaos continues to grip the city. Batman is chasing a serial killer, but he quickly reveals that all of the victims are linked to him. Batman and Gotham may be in over their heads with the addition of a new rogues’ gallery. Intrigued? You know you are.
