As most know by now, Hogwarts Legacy will soon receive its sequel.

After Hogwarts Legacy first came out, Warner Bros. made public that they envisioned Hogwarts Legacy as part of an extended franchise; fans have taken notice and have begun anticipating potential sequels with excitement. Fans have taken this information very well indeed and hold high hopes for what may follow next.

Recent fan ideas for Hogwarts Legacy 2 include having one of their fan-favourite students return as the main antagonist or having it focus around a Triwizard Tournament event (perhaps taking place at different wizarding schools). Over on Reddit today, many were discussing having it take place in London – considering all its iconic Harry Potter locations that exist there!

As good as the world in the original was, recreating it may not have the same impact in sequel. London would make an excellent location to host this sequel,” wrote sdeslandesnz. Diagon Alley, The Ministry of Magic, St Mungo’s, Knight Bus and St Mungo’s could all return – perhaps creating an unknowing metropolis where one’s magic does not match Muggles, with NPCs who could either be magical or Muggle alike; London would certainly present more risks but could also bring far greater rewards vs recreating existing maps.”

No doubt expanding upon the explorable wizarding world would be immensely popular with fans; in fact, it’s surprising Diagon Alley wasn’t included anywhere in Hogwarts Legacy in any way whatsoever! Please take note, developers!
