Is REMNANT II SUPPORTing Crossplay?

Unfortunately, at this time there is no indication that Remainder 2 will have crossplay available upon release. The cross-platform compatibility of Remnant 2, would enable players to play together regardless of what version they purchase. It’s a bit of a bummer that this means we will be playing with others who are using the same platform for quite some time. Steam users can, for example, play against people who bought the game from the Epic Games Store.
Even though nothing is known about it, the possibility of cross-platform compatibility for Remnant 2 exists at some stage after its launch. It is worth mentioning that the first game Remnant: From the Ashes launched in 2019 offers cross-platform support for PC and Xbox.
Gunfire Games declined to comment at the moment on crossplay. Cross-play isn’t something that we are talking about at this time. We hope they will talk about crossplay in the future.
