Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is an immense game. Some may consider its size too great, yet few would dispute its beauty.

From Scandinavia’s frozen peaks to England’s lush forests and rivers, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is an absolutely gorgeous game – perhaps the best-looking in its series yet released by Ubisoft; even though playing through is sometimes tedious.

If you were ever wondering whether it were possible for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla to get any hotter, YouTuber Digital Dreams recently posted an eye-catching new video demonstrating it running at 8K with Reshade Ray Tracing running smoothly on an NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU.

This video, as shown here, was recorded using an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X with a Samsung EVO 970 SSD and 32GB DDR5 RAM running at 6000MHZ; hence it would likely bog down any PC attempting to simulate such impressive visuals.

Experienceing the game in motion is truly astonishing, particularly since it appears to run at 60fps while looking so beautiful. I don’t understand exactly how this magic works but the results are spectacularly outstanding.

Fans who gained access to the open beta for Assassin’s Creed Jade mobile game are having a blast, despite early concerns.

“Amongst its positives, I particularly admire the setting,” writes Reddit user IwIlLcHaNgEtHiSL8r. The map feels great to explore while free roaming is enjoyable enough; combat is fluid yet challenging with an engaging “loadout swapping mechanic.” Furthermore, I like how well-integrated Odyssey and AC 2 lore is into this new story and its characters.

Negative aspects? According to IwIlLcHaNgEtHiSL8r, Jade uses typical mobile mechanics; specifically level grinding and meaningless upgrades that could turn it into a “money grabbing soulless live service cash cow”.
