Baldur’s gate 3: The player kills all NPCs to find out what will happen

Baldur’s Gate 3 is a game that has amazed players since its release. The RPG has climbed to the top of Metacritic’s list of the best-rated 2023 games. It is a strong contender for Game Of The Year.

The game has been gaining popularity due to its content, updates and players’ antics. We’ve seen ‘sex speedruns’ as well as a player beat the 200 hour game in just 10 minutes. Now, homicidal murder sprees are making even the most depraved of serial killers shiver.
Reddit user caufenkamp shared the start of a harrowing mission, killing all NPCs in the game. This quest is tied to a mechanic known as Dark Urges. You can choose the Dark Urges Origin when creating a character. This will give you a number of disturbing choices to make during the game. It lets intrusive thought win.
Caufenkamp had some intrusive ideas, because they posted that said “Act One completed.” “Kills so far,” with an image that is genuinely frightening of a house full of the corpses of NPCs. If the “thus-far” part is any indication, it doesn’t look like Act One will be their last.
Some players, however, were not surprised and in fact quite impressed by the level of dedication required to kill and carry all NPCs and then store their bodies all together. One comment stated, “Some choose to play urges. This guy IS urge.” Did you… transport every body… to one… house?” Another fan expressed concern that some of the bodies were miles away.
It’s safe to say that we will be following caufenkamp’s adventures with great interest. However, there are a large number of NPCs within Baldur’s Gate 3. So surely he is going to run out places to place them at some stage?
