Some Bethesda players are still in the Wastelands of Fallout 4.

While space may be alluring, there’s nothing that says turbulent struggle like navigating through a barren, broken landscape full of monsters and explosives. This is the kind of stuff that can make our hearts dance with delight.

You’re mistaken if you think you have seen everything. The Chapter One Luxi Mod has added new quests and an entirely new companion. A new companion sounds great to me. Especially if I can romance it, even just in my head.

The Mod for Fallout revolves around a quest that is extremely important, and one most players will agree on: You need to locate a missing kitten. Luxi, the lost kitten, is in the desolate land our character lives on. It’s now up to you, with your new friend, to locate this fluffy furball.

Before you go in search of the best companion, or cat to be exact, keep in mind this mod was designed for players with a level above 50. This mod is meant to challenge you. If you find it difficult to finish, you are probably too low in level. This will be “considerably harder” if you play these quests using the “Deadlier Deathclaws” or ‘Super Mutants Redux mods.

If rescuing cats is not your thing (what the hell are you doing, heartless monsters?! ), you can always embark on a far more terrifying adventure courtesy of em>Whispering Hills/em>. is a great way to embark on an even more frightening adventure. This is a horror-filled experience. If you pass out at a jump scare, it’s unlikely you will make it.

It’s been 8 years since the release of . Now that you are able to play the version of the game on your PC without any DRM, performance is going to be significantly improved. It doesn’t really matter if you travel through the Wastelands from a new perspective or revisiting familiar haunts. What matters most is that we don’t forget about Shaun.

NexusMods has The Mysteries of the Commonwealth. Don’t be mad at us if Luxi doesn’t look like you imagined… cats are mysterious, and don’t follow the natural rules.
