Evidently, at the Wanted levels the phrases “Full Description” were shown informing that witnesses could transmit your physical information to police.

Dexerto also said there are options to choose between “No Vehicle Description” and “Full Vehicle Description” adding an extra layer to options that police could monitor the suspect. The text prompt on the video was reportedly, “Any vehicle you are caught entering will be identified to police under the Law.”
