Fallout 5 fan trailer gives players a chill.
Eight years have passed since Fallout 4, but without an immediate sequel in sight, fans are creating trailers depicting what their idea for it could look like.
Bethesda Studios are hard at work developing Starfield and The Elder Scrolls VI, so Fallout 5 remains many years off – it could arrive as late as 2030, according to estimates. But one creative fan has created their trailer, giving us a sneak peak into what could come for our favorite post-apocalyptic world in 2029 or 2030 or whenever it may show up!
Arrow Tip Studios’ trailer opens up with an idyllic future America, complete with Nuka Cola salespeople making rounds and kids playing with household robots before suddenly the TV switches over to show us an explosion that leaves multiple bombs decimating land before switching back over to our Wanderer themself.
And here it is… the Fallout(r) Power Armour wearer exploring America while eliminating enemies and dealing with high levels of radiation exposure. Armed with his Pip-Boy gun, our Wanderer ,can be seen taking down mutants, Deathclaws and humans alike in this retro-futuristic setting – take a look below.
One comment read, “You made this look like the Fallout game I can only dream about!” and another complimented its creator for capturing “the complete essence of Fallout.” Still, another user hopes Fallout 5 will “incorporate some New Vegas,” about 2010 Fallout: New Vegas, which many consider one of its finest titles in series history.
As Fallout 5 becomes available to players later this year, fans can experience its world by exploring Fallout 76: Atlantic City, which will be released shortly.
