After spending 600 hours playing Cyberpunk 2077, the player discovers a remarkable secret.
One of the joys of playing an RPG is discovering all its secret corners – one Cyberpunk 2077 player even found one unnoticed feature after 600 hours!
Cyberpunk 2077, developed by CD Projekt Red and set in futuristic Night City, contains hidden signs proclaiming, “Help! Aliens kidnapped my wife and kids. Come celebrate!” as well as cameo appearances by Batman’s Batmobile; all provide ample discovery opportunities within its boundaries. One player may have even discovered something significant for our protagonist V in Cyberpunk 2077!
“Almost 600 hours into cyberpunkgame, and I just now discovered this!” wrote one user in r/cyberpunkgame, alongside an uploaded video featuring V riding one of its motorbikes. If changing to third person while riding or in the vehicle is changed while having a phone call, V’s face animated when talking. Unexpected yet entirely accidental.”
As to when this feature was added, commentsWhenee on its implementation date. “Correct me if I’m wrong but this seems to have just recently been ,implemented”, suggested one user; another disagreed and wrote “It was originally included but eventually r, emoved due to problems getting it working right – V would often mouth words from songs playing over radio,” according to their memory.
No mattethe r if this feature was added as part of Cyberpunk 2077 when it was first released or through one of its subsequent updates, such as 2.0, its implementation remains inconsistent and seems inconsistently implemented compared with similar games such as Star Citizen or Mass Effect 2. However, given this game is so detailed it shouldn’t come as any surprise that som,e issues exist given its history and development history.
Cyberpunk 2077 was recently selected by fans as “one of the greatest games ever”.
