Red Dead Redemption 2 players can now experience 48 new missions when taking up Red Dead Redemption 2.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is already an immersive adventure game, taking many players hundreds of hours to finish it. However, mod teams can extend this play experience further; most recently, with the Bandit Hideouts mod, there are now an extra 48 missions available!
Created by a small team, this mod enhances some of the more popular mechanics by expanding bandit hideouts across the map – specifically adding 77 bandit hideouts plus 20 ambush locations! Furthermore, this mod also changes their behavior; for instance, they now chase after you when leaving hideout areas to escape or retreat home!
Bandits provide an entertaining distraction in this mod pack, should they happen upon any of your quests in the wilderness. Not only will these bandits attack on sight, but zombies also exist within this mod pack!
Once this mod has been applied to your game, a house with a skull inside will appear as an icon on your map – this icon can help direct you directly toward bandits if that’s what you desire. By editing your.ini file, you can choose whether bandits will respawn automatically and also set how many hideouts there will be on each map.
One great addition to this mod is the option to hire gunmen at nearby points of interest to fight alongside you in battles. Up to five gunmen can be hired at once using an easy command menu; their actions should remain relatively safe so as to not endanger either yourself or any others nearby.
