GTA 6 to Include Red Dead Redemption 2 Feature?
Grand Theft Auto VI may only permit players to carry a limited selection of weapons at any one time, like Red Dead Redemption 2.
Given their role as virtual soldiers in Grand Theft Auto V, this may seem an unusual decision from Rockstar Games; but, this company has long been known for making odd decisions.
That being said, this could make sense, given how Red Dead Redemption 2 appears to have inspired several aspects of Grand Theft Auto VI. Besides following and surpassing its Western in fidelity fidelity, and possibly featuring superior AI; along with giving its protagonist Arthur Morgan tracking abilities.
Unfortunately, all this speculation rests solely on leaks and rumor; none can be confirmed with Rockstar Games as yet as no official details about its development have been shared by them. Many had anticipated an unveiling trailer during October but instead felt let down and disappointed when none arrived.
Unfortunately, we’re unlikely to see one anytime this year: as its anticipated launch is set for Spring 2025, perhaps next year would make more sense as an announcement for release is more timely.
But this gives players more chances to be strategic with what weapons they take into story or side missions.
At first, players will likely begin with basic weapons available before slowly progressing towards more powerful and potentially special ones, like GTA V’s alien blasters.
According to reports, players will be able to increase their carrying capacity with accessories like duffel bags. Furthermore, vehicles feature storage capabilities which make storing additional weapons even more practical – something not seen previously with previous titles in this franchise.
Now all we can do is wait patiently until Rockstar makes their game available worldwide, enabling us to assess which leaks were legitimate versus those which may have been made up.
