MY JOURNEY MAKING my GAME I am a self-taught solo developer that spent six years working a full-time job and taking care of a family while creating my passion project. I set out to work five minutes a day, no matter what, and pieced the game together without really knowing where I was headed or how it would all come together.
CAVES OF LORECaves of Lore is a turn-based, pixel-art, fantasy role-playing game that blends tactical, grid-based combat with aspects of character interaction and environmental exploration.As you advance through a humorous and monster-filled universe, fun and strange adventures are in store.
Instructions
- Click the Download button below and you will be redirected to UploadHaven.
- Wait 5 seconds and click on the blue ‘download now’ button. We recommend using a download manager for faster download speeds. (You can use FDM which is free here, or any other download manager).
- Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to Caves of Lore v1.0.9.8.4.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
- Double click inside the Caves of Lore v1.0.9.8.4 folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
