Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark Delayed on Xbox
The release of *Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark* has been delayed on Xbox platforms. Originally set to launch on March 27, the Metroidvania-style sequel to *Gal Guardians: Demon Purge* will still arrive on PlayStation 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC as planned.
Developer Inti Creates, known for titles like *Mega Man* and *Azure Striker Gunvolt*, announced the delay via Twitter, citing ongoing discussions with Microsoft. However, the cause of the delay remains unclear, and no new Xbox release date has been set.
This isn’t the first time an Inti Creates game has faced Xbox-related issues. *Gal Gun Returns* had its Xbox One release canceled due to consistency concerns, though it’s unknown if similar challenges are causing the current delay. Fans will have to wait for further updates on when the game will launch for Xbox players.
Despite the setback, *Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark* promises an exciting Metroidvania experience with new features, including a crafting system and mid-game difficulty switch.
