RuneScape: Dragonwilds Patch 0.7.1.5 Brings Event Cooldowns and Gameplay Tweaks
*RuneScape: Dragonwilds* is getting its next major update soon with Patch 0.7.1.5, aiming to improve pacing by increasing cooldowns for several key in-game events. While there’s no confirmed release date yet, the patch is expected to go live in the coming days.
This update focuses on slowing down the frequency of events like Goblin Raids, Base Raids, and Velgar Attacks, giving players more breathing room and making space for future content.
**Key Patch Highlights:**
– **Goblin Raid Parties:** Cooldown doubled from 2 to 4 in-game days.
– **Base Raids:**
– Grace period increased from 9 to 12 in-game days.
– Chance of occurrence halved from 10% to 5%.
– Cooldown extended to 3.75 days from 2 days.
– **Being Hunted Events:**
– Chance dropped to 5%.
– Cooldown increased to 2.25 days.
– **Velgar Attacks:**
– Meteor barrages reduced from 5 to 2.
– Poison Breath limited to strafing runs only.
Additional changes include improved XP balancing, UI fixes, and crash and stability improvements. Hostile AI can now be affected by Bleed effects—except for Vault Guardians, which still remain immune.
These updates follow player feedback and a noticeable drop in active users since launch, as many have run out of early-game content. With a larger content roadmap on the horizon, including new regions, skill trees, and bosses, Patch 0.7.1.5 is just the beginning of what’s to come for *RuneScape: Dragonwilds* in early access.
