Genshin Impact 2.5 – Yun Jin and Shenhe Announced
Genshin Impact’s official Instagram and Twitter accounts have announced two new playable characters: Yun Jin and Shenhe. These characters were leaked months ago, and players now have confirmation that both are playable and coming soon. Although it is unknown when they will be available, players can expect them to appear in version 2.4. These characters will be available in version 2.3, so players don’t need to wait too much!
Shenhe Genshin’s Impact Revealed
Shenhe first appeared in leaks a while back and was even featured in an in-game cutscene. Shenhe is now officially coming to Genshin Impact. Rosaria is similar to Shenhe, and it will be interesting to see how her playstyle differs. She may be more of a support role than a DPS. However, it is difficult to speculate, given the limited information available. It isn’t currently available in the game or featured in data mines. So hopefully, this new Polearm will soon be revealed.
Rumours have it that she is a 5-star character. However, this has yet to be confirmed.
Yun Jin Shenhe Genshin ImpactRevealed
Yun Jin, like Shenhe, has been featured in several leaks as well as an in-game cutscene. First, she was believed to be wearing an Anemo Vision. However, this was later revealed to be a Geo Vision in recent leaks. According to Zhongli, she is now a Geo Polearm user. Although her moveset remains a mystery, it would have been nice to see her focusing more on offence, given her track record with Geo characters. She is shown in official artwork wielding Dragon’s Bane, a 4-star Polearm with Elemental Mastery that deals increased DMG against enemies affected from Hydro or Pyro. This unusual choice for a Geo character. This Polearm could have been chosen for its aesthetics, or Yun Jin may benefit from high Elemental Mastery.
Rumours have it that she is a 4-star character. However, Shenhe has not officially confirmed this.
Both characters are Liyue-born, so players can expect to see them return to Liyue with version 2.4. Players will finally be able to explore The Chasm. We will only know when it happens!
