Most challenging in Patch 9.2 has new cosmetic mawsworn transmog items
Patch 9.2 has a new Mawsworn weapon Transmogs. These are replica decorative items that resemble weapons the Mawsworn use throughout the Maw.
These unique weapons are not usually added to the game until later, as with the Legion Nighborne Timewalking rewards came two expansions later.
These Transmog items are available for purchase from brokers at Layers 13 or above within Torghast in return for Phantasma.
Players can earn Crossbows and Polearms and Staves, Polearms and Staves.

Toughest in Patch 9.2 has new cosmetic mawsworn transmog items
In patch 9.1.5, all players can purchase these brokers. They can also sell reskinned shoulders and backpieces from other sources. It is great to see more cosmetic items reach the vendors in Eternity’s End.
These weapons are unique and well-designed, which will give Torghast yet another reason to complete in 9.2, especially since Blizzard has confirmed that the new Legendary items won’t require Torghast currency for an upgrade.
Players can earn Phantasma from looting bonus chests and defeating enemies. Players must save and wait to buy anima power to purchase these items.
A new Challenge mode is coming to Torghast’s End.
