Grounded Patch 0.2.1 Fixed Numerous Bugs In Early Access

Grounded was released as an Early Access title in 2020. The developers are working slowly towards a release for each patch. Players have been reporting a variety of issues in Grounded’s newest update, 0.12.1. Obsidian Entertainment has yet to provide any information on Grounded’s 1.0 release dates, but things look solid now that the latest update has fixed most of the bugs.

  What can you expect from Grounded Patch 0.12.1

Grounded’s new update includes numerous audio and gameplay improvements in the early-access version of the game. The new update makes it much easier to survey resources for clients and improves frame rates. The update fixed a crash when you tried to set your OS culture to one of the new languages with Into The Wood.

Grounded Update 0.12.1: Patch Notes

  • After the webs have been removed, the Hedge’s webbed doors are properly updated to reflect the new visuals.
  • When Field Stations are active, the SCAN. R radar dishes rotate correctly for clients.
  • Players won’t hear sizzle audio from players far away.
  • When they are not looking at the walls, creatures no longer pass through them.
