Wrestlemania 39 Already Has a Huge Main Event
A marquee main event has been already scheduled for next year’s Wrestlemania. It will feature Ronda Rousey (current SmackDown Women’s Champion) against Becky Lynch (‘The Man’). According to Wrestling Observer News, the long-awaited singles match between the female stars has been confirmed as one of the main events in Hollywood.
Vinnie Mac is said to be keen for Lynch and Rousey to go one-on-1. He has already put his butts in WrestleMania 35’s seats when Lynch and Rousey were both featured in the inaugural Women’s main event.
Rousey’s return as part of the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble, which she also won, has been a long-awaited moment for wrestling fans.
Lynch may not have had the same momentum as Ronda when she faced off against her, but it’s clear that this would be a major main-event contest at Wrestlemania next year.
