Netflix Billboard: Major Death from ‘Stranger Things 4,’
Vol. Vol. 2 will be released tomorrow, so we won’t have to wait long to see what happens next. But, hey, there’s still time to speculate, so let’s use it. The current working theory suggests that a fan favorite might be suffering a tragic end.
For a few weeks, the Stranger Things cast and creatives have teased that Vol. Vol. 2 will feature a character’s’s death or multiple deaths. It is evident that death is imminent. Actor Noah Schnapp was leaking as much, and the Duffer brothers also dropped some morbid teases.
One character is always in the forefront of theories about who might die. And a new Netflix billboard doesn’t bode well for Steve’s Vol.2 fate. Netflix posted a billboard on Twitter that read “Protect Steve” and was captioned with “at all cost.” Many are concerned that Joe Keery, the actor who plays Steve, has been growing his hair shorter in recent months.
It is easy to see why so many fear for Steve’s safety. Steve and Nancy were last seen in the Upside Down. Vecna was on the prowl. We’ve had intense discussions amongst our GAMINGbible team, and I can confirm that we would all be devastated if Steve died.
Steve, is Steve too obvious a choice? All signs point towards him, but this could be a red herring. Jonathon or Mike’s deaths would be more significant, propelling Eleven and Joyce forward. We won’t be able to know for sure for much longer than that, as I mentioned. Pray for Steve.
