Skyrim Player Discovers Weird Glitch For 11 Years
It would be amazing to think that after so many years players would have discovered everything Skyrim has. Although it’s a large title with a lot of content, mod territory is limited in terms of how much you can fit. This is a whole new can of worms. Who wants to see NPCs breathe in their sleep? You can now.
However, it seems that something has been discovered, even though it took so long. It is perhaps the most bizarre feature of all. Good news, Christmas is coming early if “playing with dragons” was something you wanted to do in The Elder Scrolls VII.
According to TheGamer, Reddit user BiShyAndWantingToDie discovered accidentally that you can play a healthy game with the fire-breathing and scaly terrors: “I was playing tag, with a child, when a Dragon attacked. So now I guess I’m playing tag with the dragon,” wrote BiShyAndWantingToDie. “I didn’t know that this was possible.”
You can see the entire thing in a series shared by the user. Unfortunately, the dragon wasn’t a very good competitor. The notification “Dragon has been killed” appeared after the player had hit the dragon. Keep away from him” was displayed, signalling that the player had hit the dragon and BiShyAndWantingToDie had tagged it. However, the quest ended at that point.
Others Skyrim players love the discovery. Aglet_Green commented, “This is amazing!” “Skyrim is the gift that keeps on giving,” added Legitimate_Basil_693.
It’s not clear if this is an intentional Easter egg, or a bug, but it’s almost 11 years since the original game was released. You’d think it’s more likely to be the former. I don’t know if you’re curious, but I want to see what would happen if the dragon hadn’t died – hopefully someone can recreate this and have a rematch.
