No doubt about it: Bethesda’s Starfield stands as one of the most anticipated games ever released in recent times.

Starfield provides players with an immersive galactic exploration experience where players can make discoveries, meet engaging NPCS characters, engage in intergalactic space battles and participate in various missions. Critics and fans have given it high ratings, yet one person’s treasure may be another’s trash; this variety makes life exciting! There would be little excitement without difference of opinion – otherwise, we would all share identical world views!

On Metacritic, Starfield earned scores of 83 from critics and 6.7 from Xbox Series X|S users. Additionally, OpenCritic gave it an average score of 86, with 88% recommending this sci-fi RPG, and it recently earned mixed reviews from fans when released for PC Steam platform users – so depending on whom you ask, it could either be seen as the greatest or worst, game ever produced! So it could well be either.

On Reddit, user bogey asked: “Is Starfield one of your top three favourite Bethesda games?” and received varied answers. For instance, Drav_The_Dragon said Starfield has potential, though his opinion differed with Cultural-Mushroom-83, who described it as one of Bethesda’s worst titles.

“One criticism I have about Starfield is its planets all seeming similarly boring; like they’re simply lightened shades of Earth,” comments jporter313. For Own_Figure1429, Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 4 provided more meaningful gaming experiences.

Bethesda has done it again! In our Starfield review, we awarded it 10/10 points and said this: “Bethesda has succeeded in crafting an expansive world that retains interest thanks to an eye for detail that keeps players hooked for months–maybe years! Here, you have freedom of character exploration – just one word can describe Bethesda: Brilliant.”

Starfield is now available on PC and Xbox Series X|S. Xbox Game Pass subscribers can also gain access at no additional charge.
