PlayStation and Steam users can now try one of 2023’s biggest FPS titles free.
Are You Missing Baldur’s Gate 3’s Magic and Battles? Now? PlayStation and Steam players may offer something that fills this void: check them out now to experience something else like Baldur’s Gate!
Immortals of Aveum is not exactly similar to Battleground 3, yet its similarities will undoubtedly attract those looking for an intense spellcasting experience before all is lost to darkness and chaos.
Unfortunately, Aveum lacks romantic elements; but fans of the game can better describe its benefits than I can. “So far [I’m] really enjoying Aveum; no GOTY material here but that doesn’t need to be. What I want from games is something fun with good campaign storytelling that won’t require spending hundreds of hours beating,” according to one Steam gamer.
Echollector update brings with it many exciting new features such as Game+ and endgame objectives for more challenging play, along with Grand Magnus difficulty for those exhibiting patience or skill in spades.
Immortals of Aveum offers three chapters as part of its free-to-play trial for you to experience its world and decide if Jak’s journey continues from start to finish. No matter which platform you play it on – PlayStation, Xbox or Steam – an EA account will be necessary in order to begin exploring Immortals of Aveum.
EA warns, though, that access on console platforms “may require a premium console account”, so be prepared if any obstacles pop up along the way. Their update announcement did not specifically mention PS Plus or Game Pass but any time a publisher draws attention to an issue it’s best to be prepared and be on guard against problems that may arise.
