The Roguelike Mode in The Last of Us Part 2 will include at least 12 levels.
The Last Of Us Remastered will include a roguelike mode with at least 12 levels if successful in reaching its completion.
Following months of speculation and hopeful expectations, Sony and Naughty Dog announced an unexpected yet exciting development: The Last Of Us Part II Remaster for PS5. Set for launch early next year.
Remastered versions will retail at premium prices; however, existing PS4 users may upgrade for $10.
Remastered versions of games typically get updated thanks to more powerful hardware; but, on PlayStation 5, the remaster also features additional content not found in their base form, including new skins, director’s commentary, Speedrun mode, Guitar Free Play Mode Lost Levels and especially No Return Mode which fans have become very eager for – fans also expect it will include an epilogue!
No Return Mode is an exciting roguelike that allows players to step into one of the characters from the game and complete challenging survival missions while an endless countdown timer ticks down in the corner of the screen. If they survive each one until eventually completeing it all.
Players will take control of Jesse, Tommy, Dina, Mel, Lev and more and experience roguelike gameplay that makes every level different compared to its last try – such as which enemies appear and weapons you discover etc.
No Return Mode will likely consist of 12 levels in total; though how long a round takes and its difficulty will dictate this number. Fans are extremely excited for its addition, though.
On 19 January 2024, The Last of Us Part II Remastered will be made available exclusively on PS5.
