Assassin’s Creed Mirage Free Download Unexpected Release Brings New Content
If you jumped right in when Assassin’s Creed Mirage released, chances are good you may have completed all there was to see and do… well I have good news: Ubisoft will shortly drop a free update with additional content for your enjoyment in Mirage!
Mirage marked an intriguing comeback of sorts for Ubisoft’s classic franchise Assassin’s Creed. Though far from revolutionary – and no major surprise that it didn’t receive a Game Awards Best Action/Adventure nomination – Mirage marked a shift away from RPG elements and more towards stealth gameplay, which our reviewer Sam Cawley appreciated immensely: “It is wonderful to see Ubisoft treat Mirage as their new baseline while still expanding it further!”
Ubisoft recently unveiled a major update for their recently released game Assassin’s Creed Mirage that includes New Game Plus and permadeath mode – two features fans were demanding! Twitter team announced this addition with their tweet reading “We hear you: New Game [Plus] mode will be made free and available as an update this December; for experienced Assassins, along with this addition will come an optional permadeath mode also applicable across all difficulties.”
As December is just days away, let’s hope we won’t have too long of an wait before getting our next playthroughs underway! As per Twitter, more details should be announced soon – we will certainly keep an eye out.
