PlayStation Plus subscribers were delighted by a free open world game.
Though PlayStation Plus has had mixed results lately, nobody can deny how amazing one of its new free open world games are – in fact we would argue they go beyond fantastic; don’t just take our word for it though: trust what everyone on the internet says about it!
Not everyone may care much for a free title like GTA 5, but some might. After all, GTA 5 has amassed such an ardent fan base that when its trailer appeared online people went wild as they scrambled to watch it as quickly as they could.
Now is your chance, my car-loving thieves! GTA 5 has made its triumphant return to PlayStation Plus to bring excitement back into service after months of lackluster offerings. Although this move won’t end the intense scrutiny faced by PS Plus, but hopefully will warm people up to renew or purchase subscriptions more readily.
“Sorry guys,” quipped one gamer when PS Plus announced its latest free games; another player responded, saying they actually thought about buying GTA 5 but chose not to yet; as an illustration for what she meant by that statement:
Oh yes. While some acted hastily to get their copy without PS Plus subscription, others were patient enough to wait it out until their game became free within mere days later. Here is some comfort from one helpful gamer for anyone feeling misled into spending money when their copy could have come free anyway: “The game will leave PS Plus eventually so at least you get to keep it.”
Now, with GTA 6 reigniting our passion for Rockstar Games’s franchises, now seems the ideal time to return to GTA 5 as we prepare for what lies ahead in 2025. We are primed and prepared.
