Leaker shares information on Modern Warfare 2 Mode
Modern Warfare 2 may contain a single-player campaign and multiplayer, but we don’t know much about Infinity Ward’s third mode.

The third mode, DMZ, is rumoured to be the one that resembles Escape from Tarkov. This comes ahead of the expected game reveal. A notable leaker has provided new information about the mode.
Modern Warfare 2 DMZ Mod Leak
TheGhostOfHope, a Call of Duty leaker, claims that DMZ will be released in beta and the rest of Modern Warfare 2. Call of Duty has a long history of beta releasing specific modes. Vanguard Ranked Play was launched in beta. This allowed Treyarch to modify various elements as players got into the action.
Hope is not the only one who claims DMZ resembles Escape From Tarkov, although you must take rumours and leaks with a grain of salt. Tom Henderson shared details earlier this year.
Hope also stated that the extraction mode is “more tactical” than standard Call of Duty multiplayer. “What you take with your you can lose,” suggests that DMZ is high in risk and reward.
Only a few weeks remain before players have the chance to see Modern Warfare 2 live, so it is only a matter of time until we learn more about DMZ.
While we wait for more information, there are a lot of Modern Warfare 2 leaks. These include an increase in the firing range and the return to a classic movement mechanism.
