Starfield players tend to travel alone because their Constellations often makes unwelcome noise.
Traveling across space is one of the key features of Starfield and many players opt out of Constellations altogether simply due to their constant moaning or inane chatter – both which quickly grow tiresome.
Reddit users have made no secret of their displeasure with Constellation members and why they dislike them; their post creator made some excellent points that highlighted my preference to travel only with Andreja after marrying her as being less annoying compared to others in Constellation.
Post creator u/Travolen notes, Sam Coe is just that one coworker that always disappears without doing any work.” They then went onto discuss Sarah, which they do in great depth: Sarah acts like an HR person that constantly complains. Always looking out to find any excuse to ruin fun moments.”
Constellation has received much ridicule on Reddit and in comments; one user noted, for instance: Sarah used incendiary weapons against civilians before belittling me for using lethal force because my fists hit first.” Several players appear to dislike her; reddit user DJAXLE69 noted, for instance: I disliked Sarah so I created an outpost called ‘Sarah’s Penance’ on an otherwise barren moon and isolated her there until I could make amends.”
Some Redditors prefer spending time with Vasco because he never judges their actions, while Walter remains relatively free from controversy due to their simple personalities – Vasco strives only for service while Walter simply enjoys exploring space – something many Redditor commented was “surprisingly likeable, considering he was an billionaire!”
I must hand it to u/Effective-Camel4722 who nails it: “Constellation isn’t really a family; rather it is more like an office where some may feel intruding upon it or hostile toward one person or the other.
Problematic is the background noise while flying your ship around, particularly upon take-off and landing when comments about inane matters come pouring forth, making you wish each member of your crew could mute buttons for silence.
