GTA 6’s first celebrity cameo is divisive.
My thoughts keep bouncing around GTA VI. In an ideal scenario, the trailer would’ve debuted just an hour ago but due to another leak Rockstar had no choice but to release early due to having their video stolen by hackers.
Yesterday, an extremely grainy version of GTA VI’s trailer leaked online and fans began questioning its legitimacy; soon thereafter Rockstar Games responded with the full HD trailer which has received incredible reception among both gamers and non-gamers alike. Fans are stunned at its graphic prowess which may rival even those seen in real life; others enjoy its humorous content, especially as some Florida residents joked it even might be too realistic!
GTA instalments would never be complete without some celebrity cameos, and one such cameo may just have been revealed online by streamer Adin Ross via Twitter. She wrote, “I am featured in GTA VI & can only speak briefly at this time – later throughout 2019 in trailers you will see more details…Either way I’m lucky and thank Rockstar for providing an opportunity for me to contribute something back towards their greatest game ever…!”
Adin Ross may use multiple accounts, though one he sometimes tweets from is @AR15thed3mon, where Adin often makes comments that divide opinion. Ross recently took aim at GTA VI for featuring female protagonist, complaining “They did that so as to adapt for 2023”, before further criticizing her inclusion with statements such as, “Bro, we don’t need no girl character here!” Earlier this year in another stream Ross strongly condemned its inclusion of female character:
And so the tweet has caused quite the uproar: many responded in surprise at Ross’ tweet by exclaiming, “I’m in it too!” without believing him; one individual tweeted their displeasure with this claim while another gave their view on it: “Honestly great fit; streaming will likely play an integral part of this game and any cameos should be confirmed by Rockstar so take all this with a grain of salt”.
