“Battlefield 3 Reality” Is A Realistic Overhaul. This Week’s Release
If you are a fan of Battlefield, it’s likely that you know Battlefield 2 Project Reality . This mod was created back in the day to create a “more realistic combat environment” and place more emphasis on cooperation and teamwork than the base game.
This mod was hugely successful and a new team has been working on a similar mod for Battlefield 3. for many years. They have called it the Reality Mod. We were able to see the revamped gameplay for the first time earlier this year. It was built on the BF3 modding platform VU and will offer a higher tickrate as well as built-in server browsing and private server hosting.
Fans have been showing their support and love for the project by sending messages of encouragement: “You guys just saved Battlefield for me!” It is beyond words to express my gratitude for all you have done. It was both a technical marvel as well as a labor of love. Luigi Saguier said, “See you on the battlefields.” “I am so excited. This is amazing. It’s like a dream coming true,” Anthony Vega wrote.
The team notes that the mod requires a copy of the original game as well as its DLC on Steam and Origin. You can choose to play the mod or not. You’re likely to have a better time with this mod than you would Battlefield 2042. Despite being released last November, the game saw less than 1000 concurrent users earlier in the year. It was great while it lasted. But was it ever good? Better luck next time, EA.
